Founder, Vice-President and Treasurer of HGId private health sector organizations must make increasingly complex decisions regarding issues with many moving parts and diverse stakeholders. New digital tools are rushing to meet this need via dashboards that track the board’s many decisions and plans; digital meeting management portals such as BoardEffect, and mobile phone/tablet Apps.

HGI is pleased to share with you a new resource to remind health sector Board Members and their Executives about wise board practices for high-performance organizations.

This no-cost App can be downloaded for Apple or Android phones/tablets.

The resource tool has been developed by the Akadimi Foundation in collaboration with support from USAID and Management Sciences for Health. The content parallels insights distilled from experiences at Strathmore University’s Leadership Management and Governance programming.

We hope you will share the tool with your board and leadership networks.
